全面动员员工参与持续改善,鼓励员工提建议、方案,建立机制予以评审、实施、考核、奖励。

(1)实施ERP系统管理铸件库存以及没有加工工序,以进一步保障客户的及时交付。

(2)在部分生产单元试点改良绩效考核,提升员工的责任感,鼓励员工多劳多得。

(3)建立出口转向团队,同时改良工艺目标实现出口零缺陷,从2018年开始出口美国与墨西哥,预计2020年销售额达到1500万人民币。
